Section 5
Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on cv995. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Identity Fraud: Registering an account using false, stolen, or third-party identity information. Impersonating another individual or providing forged identity documents during KYC verification.

Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by cv995: cv995 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent or criminal activity has occurred; (c) the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require it. During a suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, play, or withdraw.

cv995's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of that player's real-money account balance at the time the claim arose, or ৳10,000 — whichever is the lower amount.
Governing Language & Disputes: These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in all cases. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a player's use of cv995 shall be addressed first through cv995's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. cv995 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 28 calendar days.
Amendments: cv995 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the cv995 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms may close their account in accordance with the account closure process described in Section 7.
